Prices and VAT :  The displayed prices do not include VAT. An additional VAT of 25% will be added as per regulations.

Payment Terms and timing:  Payment will be split up into two instalments, 50% at booking (once a start date has been set) and the remaining 50% upon completion of work. Please understand that the first instalment is non-refundable as it is to ensure that you will have a spot to work together. The second instalment is refundable. My goal is to have fully satisfied customers. If you are not happy with the completed work you will get a refund of the second instalment. I will issue a refund either through Paypal, Stripe or Bankgiro. Please make sure that you think through all the changes you want to make while we are working together and not after the job has been completed (this is important). Once the final files are all sent and you approve them, the job will be considered completed. That means that changes to the design and refunds will not be possible after that. I am of course available to help you out should you encounter problems later on with the files themselves.

Payment methods: At the moment, I accept payment through bank transfer and Bankgiro (if you live in Sweden), Transferwise and Paypal. 

Deliverables: The prices displayed for my services refer to digital products only. No printed material will be sent. You can read more about which digital files you will receive in the service packages┬┤ pages.


BRANDING WORK: While I typically create my designs from scratch, I use fonts and some design vector elements that I purchase from creative marketplaces. I make sure to use in my work only high quality fonts and vectors for which I have the proper license. 

Once your logo and brand designs are ready, you will have full copyright on them. For illustrations, please contact me if you need a design for a product you may sell in your shop and we will discuss licensing.

I often share the jobs I am working on through my social media channels. I will always ask you for permission before sharing something related to your brand.

ART PRINTS: The art prints and printables in my shop are my copyright, so please do not use printable for re-selling them, nor to reproduce multiple copies that will be used in a facility open to the public. Please contact me if you need to buy multiple copies and we can discuss a wholesale price.


SHIPPING: Please note that you are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I package each item carefully in a hard cardboard and covered with plastic to keep it dry. Should the package get bent during shipping, I am afraid I cannot be held responsible for the damages.

RETURNS: I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and refunds, provided the prints are shipped back to me in the same condition as they were shipped. The return shipping fees are your responsibility. Upon receiving the returned item and after having checked its conditions, I will issue a refund or exchange the item with something of equal worth that you may prefer.

REFUNDS: Refunds will be issued through Stripe directly to your bank account. Please note that some transaction fees may apply.


Please contact me if you would like to purchase multiple copies of my art prints for re-selling or for decorating a big facility (such as rooms in a hotel, flats in a housing project, etc). We can discuss the wholesale price and the shipping terms.
